Flag description.
With it's very uniqe design, differentiating it from almost all other flag designs, the Belarus Flag is not a normal flag design. Consisting of two bars; red taking up the upper two thirds of the flag representing the freedom and sacrifice of the forefarthers of the nation, and a green bar taking up the lower third of the flag symbolising the life of the nation. The unique part is the small pattern on the hoist side, as it is not a national crest but simply a decorative pattern.
