Vietnam Old DuraFlag

The Vietnam Old DuraFlag is the yellow flag with three red horizontal stripes used by the former Republic of Vietnam.

Known in Vietnamese as cờ vàng, the yellow flag, it flew over the State of Vietnam from 1949 and then South Vietnam until 1975. Many overseas Vietnamese communities now use it as a heritage flag.

It is bought for community gatherings and Tết celebrations among the diaspora, and by collectors of historical Asian flags. The Vietnam Old DuraFlag is built for long spells outdoors, with a stitched header and fabric that resists fraying at the fly.
