What size flag do I need for my flagpole?
The flag should be about a quarter to a third of the pole height. For a 6m pole go 5ft x 3ft; for 8–10m go 8ft x 5ft; wall brackets usually take 5x3 or 3x2. See our full flagpole guide.
What’s the difference between standard flags and DuraFlag™?
Standard woven polyester suits occasions and short-term display. DuraFlag™ is knitted 150gsm cloth with double-stitched hems and UV-stable inks — around three times the flying life, made for daily use.
How fast is delivery — and is it really free?
Yes — free 1–2 day tracked delivery on every UK order, no minimum spend. Order before 2pm and it’s dispatched the same working day. Next-day and guaranteed FedEx options are available at checkout.
Which fitting do I need — eyelets, rope & toggle or clips?
Eyelets suit most garden poles and wall brackets; rope & toggle is the traditional fit for full-size flag poles; clips make swapping flags quick. Most designs offer a choice on the product page.
Can I get a flag printed with my own design?
Yes — our custom print service covers any size from hand flags to 4.5m giants, single or double-sided, in three materials, made in the EU in 7–10 working days with a free artwork check.
