FREE UK Delivery on Every Order
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–2 working days) on all UK orders – no minimum spend. Large items such as telescopic flag poles are sent FREE by next-day courier.
Same-day dispatch: All orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. 30-day returns on unused items – see our returns policy for details.
* FedEx Next Day pricing applies to the UK mainland. Remote-area pricing: Scottish Highlands & Islands £14.99, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly £21.99, Channel Islands £24.99 (allow one extra working day outside the mainland). AM and Saturday options are UK mainland only.
* Free delivery applies to online orders. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 1–2 working days of dispatch; during busy periods it can occasionally take a day longer. Orders placed via email do not qualify for free delivery.
* Returns: unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
