Walloon Flag

This Walloon Flag carries a yellow field with a red rooster standing in the centre, the Walloon cockerel. For background, Pierre Paulus designed the cockerel in 1913 and it became the official flag of Wallonia in 1998.

Typical outings for the Walloon Flag include Walloon festivals, Belgian themed nights and travel displays. The Flagtex grade of the Walloon flag is printed woven polyester with brass eyelets on the hoist, ideal for a garden pole, a wall, a window or a one-off event. The Walloon Flag is cut from our DuraFlag 150gsm knitted polyester, a heavier fabric that lets the wind pass through rather than tug at the seams, finished with double-stitched hems.
