The Queensland flag is a Blue Ensign with the Union Flag in the canton and the state badge in the fly: a light blue Maltese cross with a crown at its centre, on a white disc.
The badge dates from 1876, seventeen years after the colony separated from New South Wales, and the flag has represented the state since federation in 1901.
Queenslanders in the UK fly it for State of Origin, Ashes Tests at the Gabba and Australia Day. Choose Flagtex for occasional flying or the DuraFlag grade if the Queensland Flag will stay up all season.
