The Pansexual Flag was created in 2010 by activist and designer Michael Page to provide a visual representation for the pansexual community. The three colors of the flag each carry deep significance:
- Pink: Represents attraction to individuals of the same gender.
- Yellow: Represents attraction to individuals who are non-binary, gender non-conforming, or fall outside the traditional gender binary.
- Blue: Represents attraction to individuals of the opposite gender.
The Pansexual Flag is proudly displayed during Pride Month, LGBTQ+ events, and pride parades, as well as in personal spaces by individuals who identify as pansexual or support the pansexual community. It serves as a powerful reminder of the diversity of human experiences and the importance of embracing all sexual orientations and gender identities.
