Essex Flag

Printed edge to edge, the Essex Flag shows three white seaxes with gold hilts, one above another on a red field, blades pointing to the fly. The seax was the short sword of the Saxons who gave Essex its name.

The Essex Flag comes into its own at Essex Day, county shows, Colchester and Southend match days and civic events. The Flagtex grade of the Essex flag is printed woven polyester with brass eyelets on the hoist, ideal for a garden pole, a wall, a window or a one-off event. The Essex Flag is cut from our DuraFlag 150gsm knitted polyester, a heavier fabric that lets the wind pass through rather than tug at the seams, finished with double-stitched hems.
