East Germany DuraFlag

Printed edge to edge, the East Germany DuraFlag shows three horizontal bands of black, red and gold with the emblem of a hammer and compass inside a ring of rye in the centre. Some background on the East Germany flag: this was the flag of the German Democratic Republic from 1959 until reunification in 1990.

The East Germany DuraFlag comes into its own at history displays, Cold War collections, themed parties and re-enactments. In DuraFlag form the East Germany design is printed on 150gsm knitted polyester with double-stitched hems, the grade we recommend for a pole that stays up all year.
