Devon Flag

The Devon Flag shows a green field with a black cross edged in white, the cross of St Petroc. For background, the design was chosen in a BBC Devon public vote in 2003 and registered with the Flag Institute.

You will see the Devon Flag flown at St Petroc's Day on 4 June, Exeter Chiefs rugby, Devon County Show and holiday homes. For occasional use, the Flagtex version of the Devon flag is printed woven polyester with brass eyelets, ready for a pole, a wall or a window. There is also a nylon option of the Devon flag, a lighter fabric that lifts in the slightest breeze. The DuraFlag grade of the Devon Flag is 150gsm knitted polyester with double-stitched hems, made for long spells outdoors.
