Printed edge to edge, the Barbados Flag shows three vertical bands of ultramarine, gold and ultramarine with a black broken trident head in the centre. Some background on the Barbados flag: the flag was designed by Grantley Prescod and first raised in 1966.
The Barbados Flag comes into its own at Barbados national days in November, Crop Over festival, cricket matches and Caribbean carnivals. For occasional use, the Flagtex version of the Barbados flag is printed woven polyester with brass eyelets, ready for a pole, a wall or a window. The DuraFlag grade of the Barbados Flag is 150gsm knitted polyester with double-stitched hems, made for long spells outdoors.
