Poland DuraFlag

Poland's flag has two horizontal bands of equal width, white above and red below.

The colours come from the coat of arms, a white eagle on a red shield, and were adopted as the national colours in 1831; the flag was set in law in 1919, after Poland regained independence. Flag Day is celebrated on 2 May.

The large Polish community in the UK flies it on Constitution Day, 3 May, on Independence Day, 11 November, and at football and volleyball internationals. The Poland DuraFlag is built for long spells outdoors, with a stitched header and fabric that resists fraying at the fly.
