Venezuela (Crest) DuraFlag

The Venezuela (Crest) DuraFlag is the state flag: yellow, blue and red horizontal bands, the arc of eight white stars on the blue, and the national coat of arms in the upper hoist of the yellow band.

The arms show a wheat sheaf, flags and weapons and a galloping white horse. The crested version is used by government offices and embassies, while the public usually flies the plain version.
