Six flags, one tournament
Each of the six is the full national flag product, so the sizes and grades are the same across the set. England is the St George cross; Wales the red dragon on green and white; Scotland the Saltire in the navy blue most supporters carry or the light blue that matches the official Pantone; Ireland the green, white and orange tricolour that the all-island team plays under; France the tricolore; and Italy the green, white and red. Every one is stocked in 20x12in, 3ft x 2ft at £6.99, 5ft x 3ft at £7.99 and 8ft x 5ft at £19.99 in Flagtex, in nylon at £13.99 and £17.99, and as a 150gsm DuraFlag with clips or rope and toggle from £14.99; the home nations and Ireland also come in the 2-yard size for a halyard pole. The Ireland, St Andrews and Wales grunge flags at £7.99 are the distressed-print 5ft x 3ft versions for a wall rather than a pole.
Pubs, clubhouses and the sweepstake wall
A pub showing every match wants all six in 5ft x 3ft along the frontage or the bar back, with the home nation in 8ft x 5ft on the pole; a rugby club flies its own nation and the visitors' for the weekend; a house with a garden pole flies one and swaps it for the fixture. The tournament is played over five rounds between the start of February and the middle of March, with a rest weekend or two in between, so a Flagtex flag copes with the six-week run and a DuraFlag is the choice for a clubhouse that flies the flag every season. Bunting, hand flags and table flags are not on this page but are on each country hub: England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France and Italy, with Six Nations bunting under event bunting.
Delivery during the tournament
All six flags are stocked in and dispatched from our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse, same day on orders before 2pm, with free 1 to 2 day UK delivery, so a flag ordered on the Wednesday after a defeat is up for the next Saturday's redemption.
Six Nations flag FAQs
Which flag does the Ireland rugby team play under?
The team represents the whole island and uses the IRFU's own flag at matches, but supporters fly the tricolour, which is the Ireland flag stocked here.
Navy or light blue Saltire for Scotland?
Navy blue is the one most fans fly and the one that reads best on a pole; the light blue is the official shade. Both are stocked in every size.
What size for a pub frontage?
5ft x 3ft for each nation along the frontage, 8ft x 5ft for the pole; 3ft x 2ft fits a bar window or a car.
When is the Six Nations played?
Across February and into March each year, five rounds with rest weekends between; the fixtures and exact dates change annually.
Where are the hand flags and bunting for the six teams?
On the country hubs for England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France and Italy, which carry hand flags, bunting and table flags on the same artwork as these flags, and Six Nations bunting is under event bunting.
Can I get the whole set in one order?
Yes, add all six 5ft x 3ft flags to the basket; the stock figure on each product page shows what can leave the same day.
