USA DuraFlag

The USA DuraFlag is the Stars and Stripes: thirteen horizontal stripes of red and white with a blue canton holding fifty white stars in nine offset rows.

The thirteen stripes are for the original colonies and the fifty stars for the states, the latest added when Hawaii joined in 1959; the fifty-star flag has flown since 4 July 1960.

It flies for Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Memorial Day events, at American bars and diners and at NFL games in London. The USA DuraFlag is built for long spells outdoors, with a stitched header and fabric that resists fraying at the fly.
