Cheshire DuraFlag

The Cheshire DuraFlag shows a gold sword pointing downwards between two gold wheatsheaves, with a third wheatsheaf beneath, all on blue. The earls of Chester bore these arms in the Middle Ages and the county has kept them ever since.

You will see the Cheshire DuraFlag flown at the Royal Cheshire Show at Tabley, Chester Races on the Roodee, the Nantwich Show and civic events. In DuraFlag form the Cheshire design is printed on 150gsm knitted polyester with double-stitched hems, the grade we recommend for a pole that stays up all year.
