Bermuda DuraFlag

The Bermuda DuraFlag shows a red ensign with the Union Jack in the canton and the Bermuda shield in the fly, a red lion holding a shield showing the wreck of the Sea Venture. The shield recalls the Sea Venture, wrecked on the island in 1609 with settlers bound for Virginia.

You will see the Bermuda DuraFlag flown at Bermuda Day in May, Cup Match cricket, sailing events and Commonwealth gatherings. The Bermuda DuraFlag is cut from our DuraFlag 150gsm knitted polyester, a heavier fabric that lets the wind pass through rather than tug at the seams, finished with double-stitched hems.
