Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery to the UK?

We offer several UK delivery options to suit your needs:

Economy Mail: £2.99 (3–5 working days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 (1–2 working days)
Next Day Guaranteed: £9.99 (order before 3pm)
Next Working Day AM: £19.99 (order before 3pm)

Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £50!

How quickly will I receive my order?

Standard Economy Mail orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day, so if you choose next day delivery, you'll receive your flags the following working day.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes! We offer two express options:

Next Day Guaranteed – £9.99. Your order will arrive the next working day. You must order before 3pm.

Next Working Day AM – £19.99. Your order will arrive before 1pm the next working day. You must order before 3pm.

Can I collect my order or buy in store?

Yes, you're welcome to collect from our warehouse. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays). You can find our address on our About Us page.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Larger orders and next day deliveries are sent via courier and will require a signature. Smaller orders sent via Economy Mail are delivered through Royal Mail and do not usually require a signature.

Do you keep all items in stock?

Yes, all products listed on our website are held in stock at our warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent. With over 3,500 products available, we carry one of the largest flag inventories in the UK. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day.

What types of flags do you sell?

We offer a wide range of flag products including:

National & country flags in various sizes, rectangular and triangle bunting, hand waving flags for events and parades, satin and polyester table flags for displays and conferences, and our premium DuraFlag range made from heavy-duty 150gsm knitted polyester.

We also stock windsocks, car flags, bandanas, coffin drapes and many more specialist items.

Do you make custom flags?

Yes, we can help with custom flag requests. Please email us at [email protected] with details of what you need and we'll provide a quote.

I have a suggestion for a flag you should stock. How can I share it?

We're always looking to expand our range! Please email your suggestion to [email protected] and our team will review it. We regularly add new products based on customer feedback.

Quality & Materials

What material are your flags made from?

Our standard flags are made from woven polyester unless stated otherwise. Our premium DuraFlag range uses 150gsm knitted polyester, which is 50% heavier than the industry standard, making them significantly more durable and longer lasting.

We also offer nylon flags which are ideal for heavy outdoor use in exposed or windy locations.

Can the flags be used outside?

Yes, all our flags can be used outdoors. However, we recommend taking them down in severe weather to prolong their life. For flags that will be left out permanently or in exposed positions, we recommend our DuraFlag range or nylon flags, which are specifically designed to withstand harsh conditions.

What sizes do your flags come in?

Our flags are available in a variety of sizes to suit every need. The most popular sizes include:

3ft x 2ft (90cm x 60cm) – great for smaller displays
5ft x 3ft (150cm x 90cm) – our most popular size
8ft x 5ft (240cm x 150cm) – ideal for larger flagpoles

We also carry hand flags, table flags, giant flags and more. Check individual product pages for all available sizes.

How are the flags packaged?

Flags are carefully folded and sealed in individual polybags to keep them clean and protected during transit. Larger or bulk orders are boxed for extra protection.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more
PayPal: Pay securely through your PayPal account
Cheque: Accepted by post, though orders will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Send to our address on the About Us page.

I'm buying flags for a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we regularly supply schools, councils and organisations. We accept official purchase orders – please email us at [email protected] with your purchase order number and details.

Can you offer a better price for larger quantities?

Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. Many of our products already have tier pricing that gives automatic discounts when you buy larger quantities. For very large orders or bespoke requirements, please email us at [email protected] for a personalised quote.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our website is fully SSL encrypted, ensuring all your personal and payment details are protected. We never store your card details, and all payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Returns

Can I return my items?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange a return and we'll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note: items returned damaged or used may have refunds rejected. Items returned with damaged packaging may incur a restocking fee.

How do I arrange a return?

Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with the return instructions and address.

I think my item is faulty. Can you send a replacement?

We're sorry to hear that. Yes, we will always replace faulty items. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the fault if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as we can. Faulty items are excluded from restocking fees.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you supply flags wholesale to resellers and businesses?

I'm not a reseller, but I need a large quantity. Can I get a discount?

Absolutely. We're happy to offer discounted pricing on larger orders regardless of whether you're a reseller. Many products on our site already have automatic tier pricing for bulk purchases. For very large or bespoke orders, email us at [email protected] for a personalised quote.
