Q- How much do you charge for delivery to the UK?
A- A- There are various options available including Economy Mail at £2.99, and also express courier options. Economy UK delivery is free when spending £30 or more!
Q- How quickly will I receive my order?
A- Usually 3-5 working days, or faster if you select an express courier service.
Q- Do you offer faster delivery methods?
A- Yes. We offer various courier delivery methods, including next day guaranteed UK delivery at £9.99 (must order before 3.00pm)
Q- I need my order before 1pm tomorrow, can you do it?
A- Yes. Next Working Day AM delivery is £19.99 (must order before 3.00pm)
Q Can I collect an order or buy in store?
A Yes. We are open 9.30-17.00 Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) Address here
Q Do you send to outside the UK?
A Yes. We ship worldwide.
Q- Will I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
A- Larger orders or Next Day Deliveries will require a signature.

A- Yes, at our own warehouse.

A- Every weekday, excluding bank holidays
Q- Do you make custom flags?
Q- I have a great idea for a flag that you should stock! How can I share it with you?

Q- What material are your flags?
A- Woven polyester unless states otherwise.
Q- Can the flags be used outside?
A- Yes, but we advise not leaving them out in bad weather. Try our Nylon flags for heavy use
Q- How are the flags packaged?
A- They are usually sent folded in a polybag, larger orders are boxed.
Q- I am unsure on how to set up my flagpole, can you help?

Q- Can I pay online using PayPal?
A- Yes
Q- Do you accept Mastercard?
A- Yes, we accept payments from all major debit and credit cards.
Q- Can I send a cheque in the post?
A- Yes, but we will have to wait until it clears before dispatching the order. Address here
Q- I am buying flags for a school, do you accept purchase orders?
A- Yes, please provide a purchase order number (you will need to call us, 01782 337030)
Q- Can you offer an improved price for larger quantities of flags?
